NOTICE CHANGE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
WE ADVISE THAT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE CHELSEA SPORTS CLUB WILL NOW BE HELD ON FRIDAY 26th NOVEMBER AT 5-30 PM.
Details of AGM to be held at the Chelsea Football Club Social Rooms at 5-30 pm on Friday 26th November 2021.
Ordinary Business:
ACCOUNTS AND REPORTS
1. To receive and consider the Financial Statements and Reports for The Financial Year ended 30th June 2021 and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution as an ordinary resolution:
THAT The Financial Statements of The Club ended 30th June 2021 are received and adopted.
ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS
1. Election of Office Bearers in terms of Rule 44 of The Club’s Constitution (as follows).
44: Composition of committee
(1) The Committee of management shall include:
(a) three elected officers who must all be Members of The Association and who shall be elected at The AGM under rule (52); sub rules (1,2 and 3);
(b) three appointed officers, one representing each of the three (3) member clubs as defined in rule 4 (7); shall be nominated by their Clubs and appointed in terms of rule 52; sub rules (4, 5, 6).
Persons wishing to nominate for Committee under Rule 44 (1) (a), should submit their nomination to The Secretary no later than the close of business on 12th of November.
