Best & Fairest Photos Update

7 Sep 2016 by Chelsea Football Netball Club

Since notification of the "Looking after our History " project was released we have had a great response and already $1,800- of the $4,000- needed to complete the project has been pledged.

We thank those who have pledged already and in due course we will contact you to arrange for your payment.

But there is still a further $2,200- required and if you are able to help, details of how you can do that appear below.

The “Looking after Our History” project involves the refurbishing of our Best & Fairest Photos, many of which are now in very poor condition.

The photo attached of 1985, 1991 Best & Fairest winner Howard Tarpey, is an example of how we can improve prints under the refurbishment project.

As we have previously indicated Tax Invoices would be available as required and all Sponsors/Donors supporting this project to the extent of $100- or more would have their names included on a plaque which will be mounted with the new Best & Fairest Photos display.

“To track progress see the donation barometer on the Club website” . http://www.chelseafc.com.au

We have even had some of our Best & Fairest winner offer to support the program and that is a great effort by those Players.

We are keen to make sure this program is completed and if you can help, please speak directly with Joe O’Neill at The Club or alternatively email us at chelseafcsecretary@gmail.com advising that you are prepared to assist. Upon receipt of your email we will get back to you to make arrangements.
