A very winnable game lost for the As this weekend with too many missed opportunities. A good fight back from 6 goals down in the first to only lose by one. Kattie was consistent all game fighting right till the end. Hayley C was strong in attack for us. Wishing char and Hayley L a speedy recovery, both who went down with ankle injuries.

Back in the winner’s circle this week, the B ladies put on great game. With plenty of determination in the blistering wind, we were able to run out the game well. Our defence held up against Bonbeach attack, with fantastic running and pressure from Tess and Brigette down the court. Shannyn and Andrea dominated the centre and WA positions, constantly offering and working the ball in to our shooters. Maddy and Kayla (supported by Kiah) fought hard against difficult shooting conditions and were instrumental to our win.

Another great win from our c grade team. We took court fired up after last weeks win. It was windy which created some passing & shooting challenges. Georgia and kiah did well in shooting. Ally starred in defence with her intercepts. Mollie, tahlia & lauren worked well bringing the ball down court. Great win by our team.

D’s are dominating, two wins in a row! We started off slow and worried in the first half, we moved things around until we had it correct. Defence by Brodie was outstanding and gave us so many more opportunities to score and take the win from Bonny.
